New collaboration to kick-off startup growth initiatives

PropTech Denmark is launching a new collaboration with top Danish law firm Lundgrens on providing top-quality legal knowledge and assistance, giving access to a strong industry network, and letting the members benefit from Lundgrens’ deep commercial understanding of the real estate and technology market. It is the first of a raft of new initiatives to boost knowledge-sharing and deal-flow across the proptech community.

Sharing insights from member to member

PropTech Denmark is launching a range of new initiatives to help strengthen and mature the startups within the PropTech Denmark Community. At its core, the new initiatives seek to share insights, boost innovation, and create deal flow across the member base.

First up is PropTech Office Hours, where larger members will donate hours, knowledge, and network to startups & newcomers. The first PropTech Denmark member to boost our ecosystem is Lundgrens, a limited partnership company with almost 180 employees, including 26 partners and 100 lawyers.

Members at PropTech Denmark will, in addition to getting top-quality legal knowledge and assistance, gain access to a strong industry network and benefit from Lundgrens’ deep commercial understanding of the real estate and technology market. As CEO in PropTech Denmark elaborates:

”The data is clear: it takes a strong ecosystem for emerging ideas to grow into established solutions that make a difference. And our foremost role in this is facilitating the meeting of sharp minds in the right place and at the right time - in order to take on the critical challenges of today. That’s why we are excited to introduce a dream team of legal advisors from Lundgrens to do their part. They will serve as a cornerstone presence - soon alongside a set of investors, mentors, and other experts supporting our startup growth strategy.  ” - Michael Ambjørn.

The technological and legal challenges in proptech solutions are complex and require a commercial understanding of the real estate market and the legal challenges of the technology in use. We are one of the leading firms advising on all aspects of IP, IT and company law. This, combined with our in-depth knowledge of the traditional real estate practice, makes us the right partner for PropTech Denmark.
