Anna-Katrine Romer Vingtoft will assume the role as CEO of PropTech Denmark August 15th, 2026. She succeeds former CEO Michael Ambjørn after almost 5 years at the head of the association.

Anna-Katrine Romer Vingtoft comes from the role of chief of strategy in Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv) with experience in strategy, execution, partnerships and organisational development. 

PropTech Denmark appoints new Chair: renewal on a strong foundation. With the new board leadership in place, PropTech Denmark will continue its work to strengthen the industry’s digital maturity and accelerate innovation through networks, knowledge sharing, matchmaking and collaboration across the built environment.

Michael Ambjørn, CEO at PropTech Denmark, makes a clear case: the next major leap in sustainable real estate will not only come from new materials, but from better use of technology, data and digital infrastructure in the buildings we already have. The core message is pragmatic: technology is no longer a side project for the property sector. It is becoming as fundamental to a building’s long-term value as concrete, steel and timber.

With a portfolio of 150 properties and AUM of 12 billion DKK, Thylander certainly is in a position to create real impact. In alignment with Thylander’s broader strategy of driving innovation through technology, they have taken a prominent position in the Nordic PropTech Awards 2025 as a programme sponsor.
