Our LAB is placed in BLOX, at the centre of the city, as part of BLOXHUB - the Nordic hub for sustainable urban development.
As a PropTech LAB resident you become a BLOXHUB member (50% off regular price) as you are introduced to global and local partners and can participate in their workshops, debates, and programmes.

Pricing
Our PropTech LAB offers reduced prices on desks in BLOXHUB for our startup community.
It is required to be a BLOXHUB and PropTech Denmark member to be a PropTech LAB tenant.
PropTech Lab Pricing
Prices depend on the type and number of seats you need. On top of this, there are annual membership fees for PropTech Denmark and BLOXHUB.
Seating prices without memberships
– Dedicated seat: DKK 3.352,- + DKK 200,- LAB activity fee per month, per seat
– Flex seat: DKK 2.763,- + DKK 200,- LAB activity fee per month, per seat
PropTech Denmark membership (required)
To purchase seating in the PropTech Lab, your company needs to be a member of PropTech Denmark. The membership fee is paid once a year. It is a fixed fee that depends on your company’s annual turnover.
– From DKK 8.000,- annually per company (independent of the number of seats you purchase - read more here)
BLOXHUB membership (required)
To purchase seatings in the PropTech Lab your company also needs to be a member of BLOXHUB (50% discount on membership). The membership fee is paid once a year. It is a fixed fee that depends on the total number of employees in your company.
– From DKK 2.000,- annually per company (independent of the number of seats you purchase - read more here)

Three dedicated seatings for a startup with three employees and less than five million DKK in annual turnover:
– Three dedicated seats: DKK 3.352 per seat per month
– LAB activity fee DKK 200 per seat per month
– PropTech Denmark membership: DKK 8.000 annually
– BLOXHUB membership: DKK 2.000 annually
Total cost per seat per month: DKK 3.829,-
