Badge-generatoren giver dig mulighed for at oprette et personligt badge, downloade det og offentliggøre det på LinkedIn.

Hvem er ansvarlig?

PropTech Denmark er dataansvarlig for kampagnestatistikken og registreringen af navn og virksomhed på gennemførte badges.

Montage AS (org.nr. 929 445 139) har udviklet generatoren og behandler disse oplysninger på vegne af PropTech Denmark. Montage er derfor databehandler for denne del af behandlingen.

Montage er selvstændigt dataansvarlig for LinkedIn-integrationen og behandlingen af IP-adresser med henblik på teknisk sikkerhed.

Dit billede behandles i din egen browser

Dit originale billede og et eventuelt virksomhedslogo uploades ikke til eller opbevares på PropTech Denmarks eller Montages servere. Det gælder også den valgfrie AI-funktion, der fjerner baggrunden fra billedet. Når du downloader din badge, bliver filen genereret i din browser.

Hvis du vælger at offentliggøre den færdige badge direkte på LinkedIn, sendes den færdige fil via Montages server til LinkedIn. Det sker kun i det øjeblik, du trykker offentliggør. Filen opbevares ikke efter overførslen.

Når du downloader eller deler din badge, registrerer PropTech Denmark det navn og den virksomhed, der står på badgen. Det sker også, hvis du ikke har givet samtykke til statistik. Oplysningerne bruges til at evaluere deltagelsen i kampagnen og slettes senest tre måneder efter kampagnens afslutning. Behandlingen sker på baggrund af PropTech Denmarks legitime interesse i at evaluere kampagnen, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f. Du kan gøre indsigelse ved at kontakte [email protected] 

Valgfrit login med LinkedIn

Du kan oprette og downloade dit badge uden at logge ind. Hvis du vælger at logge ind med LinkedIn, modtager Montage dit navn og profilbillede. Montage får desuden den nødvendige adgang til at offentliggøre det opslag, du selv vælger at dele.

Der offentliggøres kun et opslag, når du aktivt vælger det. Der offentliggøres aldrig automatisk, og aldrig andet end det opslag, du har set i forhåndsvisningen. 

Vi indhenter kun de oplysninger, der er nødvendige for at kunne yde denne valgfri service: navn, profilbillede og ret til at dele opslaget. LinkedIn viser sin egen beskrivelse af delingsindstillinger på tilladelsesskærmen, og omtaler også her redigering og sletning af opslaget. 

LinkedIn beskriver tilladelsen generelt som adgang til at oprette, redigere og slette opslag. Badge-generatoren bruger udelukkende tilladelsen til at oprette det opslag, du selv har godkendt.

Du kan til enhver tid logge ud eller fjerne appens adgang via LinkedIns indstillinger. Gør du ikke noget, udløber adgangen af sig selv. Behandlingen sker for at levere den funktion, du har bedt om, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b.

Hverken din adgangsnøgle eller dit profilbillede gemmes på PropTech Denmarks eller Montages servere. 

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company er selvstændigt dataansvarlig for din LinkedIn-konto og det opslag, du offentliggør på LinkedIn.

Statistik og cookies

Hvis du giver samtykke til statistik, registrerer PropTech Denmark en tilfældig identifikator, omtrentligt land, enhedstype, besøgstid, henvisningsside og oplysninger om, hvorvidt et badge bliver downloadet eller delt.

Statistikken bruges til at evaluere kampagnen. Behandlingen sker på baggrund af dit samtykke, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a.

Du kan bruge generatorens grundlæggende funktioner uden at acceptere statistik. Du kan til enhver tid ændre eller trække dit samtykke tilbage via proptechdk.dk/cookie-policy 

Sikkerhed

Montage behandler din IP-adresse for at beskytte tjenesten mod misbrug. IP-adressen omdannes til en pseudonymiseret identifikator og opbevares i op til 60 dage.

Behandlingen sker på baggrund af Montages legitime interesse i at beskytte tjenesten, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f.

Modtagere og overførsler

Oplysninger kan behandles af PropTech Denmark, Montage og deres leverandører af hosting, drift og sikkerhed. Hvis du vælger at bruge LinkedIn-integrationen, deles de nødvendige oplysninger med LinkedIn.

LinkedIn kan behandle oplysninger uden for EU/EØS. LinkedIn oplyser, at sådanne overførsler sker på grundlag af EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework og/eller EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser. Du kan læse mere i LinkedIns privatlivspolitik.

Opbevaring

Kampagnestatistik samt navn og virksomhed slettes senest tre måneder efter kampagnens afslutning.

Din loginstatus til LinkedIn lagres i en krypteret cookie i din egen browser (AES-256-GCM) i op til 60 dage og kun sendes til badge-tjenestens egen API. En nødvendig sikkerhedscookie anvendes desuden i ti minutter under loginprocessen. Badgebilleder, der sendes til LinkedIn, opbevares ikke af hverken PropTech Denmark eller Montage.

Dine rettigheder og kontakt

Du har efter omstændighederne ret til indsigt, rettelse, sletning, begrænsning og dataportabilitet. Du kan trække et samtykke tilbage og gøre indsigelse mod behandling, der bygger på en legitim interesse.

The badge generator allows you to create a personalised badge, download it, and publish it on LinkedIn.

Who is responsible

PropTech Denmark is the data controller for campaign statistics and for recording the name and company shown on completed badges.

Montage AS (organisation no. 929 445 139) developed the generator and processes this information on behalf of PropTech Denmark. Montage is therefore the data processor for this part of the processing.

Montage is an independent data controller for the LinkedIn integration and for processing IP addresses for technical security purposes.

Your image is processed in your browser

Your original image and any company logo are not uploaded to or stored on PropTech Denmark's or Montage's servers. This also applies to the optional AI feature that removes the background from the image. When you download your badge, the file is generated in your browser.

If you choose to publish the completed badge directly on LinkedIn, the completed file is sent to LinkedIn via Montage's server. This happens only when you select Publish. The file is not retained after the transfer.

When you download or share your badge, PropTech Denmark records the name and company shown on the badge. This also happens if you have not consented to statistics. The information is used to evaluate participation in the campaign and is deleted no later than three months after the campaign ends. The processing is based on PropTech Denmark's legitimate interest in evaluating the campaign, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. You may object by contacting [email protected].

Optional sign-in with LinkedIn

You can create and download your badge without signing in. If you choose to sign in with LinkedIn, Montage receives your name and profile photo. Montage also receives the permission required to publish the post you choose to share.

A post is published only when you actively choose to publish it. Nothing is published automatically, and the generator publishes only the post shown in the preview.

We collect only the information required to provide this optional service: your name, profile photo, and permission to publish the post. LinkedIn displays its own description of the sharing permission on the authorisation screen, including references to editing and deleting posts.

LinkedIn describes the permission in general terms as access to create, edit, and delete posts. The badge generator uses the permission solely to create the post you have approved.

You can sign out or remove the app's access at any time through LinkedIn's settings. If you take no action, the access expires automatically. The processing is necessary to provide the function you have requested, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Neither your access token nor your profile photo is stored on PropTech Denmark's or Montage's servers.

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company is an independent data controller for your LinkedIn account and the post you publish on LinkedIn.

Statistics and cookies

If you consent to statistics, PropTech Denmark records a random identifier, your approximate country, device type, visit duration, referring page, and whether a badge is downloaded or shared.

The statistics are used to evaluate the campaign. The processing is based on your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You can use the generator's basic functions without accepting statistics. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through proptechdk.dk/cookie-policy.

Security

Montage processes your IP address to protect the service against misuse. The IP address is converted into a pseudonymised identifier and retained for up to 60 days.

The processing is based on Montage's legitimate interest in protecting the service, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Recipients and transfers

Information may be processed by PropTech Denmark, Montage, and their providers of hosting, operations, and security services. If you choose to use the LinkedIn integration, the necessary information is shared with LinkedIn.

LinkedIn may process information outside the EU/EEA. LinkedIn states that these transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can read more in LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

Retention

Campaign statistics, as well as names and companies, are deleted no later than three months after the campaign ends.

Your LinkedIn sign-in status is stored in an encrypted cookie in your browser (AES-256-GCM) for up to 60 days and is sent only to the badge service's own API. A necessary security cookie is also used for ten minutes during the sign-in process. Badge images sent to LinkedIn are not retained by either PropTech Denmark or Montage.

Your rights and contact details

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent and object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
