3 tips for a successful experience

1. Plan ahead to get ahead

MIPIM is intense. Everything seems to happen simultaneously, so clarity of purpose matters.

Before you go:

  • Define your objectives (networking, partnerships, investment, insights, visibility).

  • Review the official MIPIM programme and prioritise sessions aligned with your strategy (AI, sustainability, cities, housing, digitalisation).

  • And of course: Make sure to block time for PropTech Denmark events and Danish networking moments.

Pro tip: Don’t overbook. Some of the best conversations happen unexpectedly, so make sure to save space in the calendar…

2. Use the Danish Pavilion as your anchor point

The Danish Pavilion is more than a stand – it’s a shared platform for showcasing Danish innovation, sustainability and proptech excellence.

Make it work for you:

  • Use the pavilion as a meeting point with international partners.

  • Drop by early in the week to connect with fellow Danes and Nordic peers.

3. Plan for what happens after Cannes

The real value of MIPIM happens after you get back. Make sure to:

  • Follow up within 48 hours and turn informal meetings into concrete next steps, pilots or partnerships

… and finally

MIPIM 2026 is a unique opportunity to position Danish proptech and real estate innovation on a global stage. With the right preparation, purposeful networking and strong follow-up, the week in Cannes can become a powerful catalyst for collaboration and growth.

We look forward to meeting you –  in Cannes and at the Danish Pavilion. Reach out to Michael Ambjørn to set up a coffee meeting before or during MIPIM.
