''The sustainable future of life in buildings and great customer experience can be achieved only by collaboration between the real estate and tech ecosystem. PropTech Denmark has an important role in accelerating innovation and connecting both worlds that form strong partnerships,'' says Lukas Balik, the CEO and co-founder of Spaceflow.

Both being strong innovative partners of PropTech Denmark; NREP and Spaceflow have launched a comprehensive collaboration, bringing a digital tenant experience platform to NREP's Juli Living portfolio in Denmark.

Spaceflow's digital tenant experience solution will enable customers to create a sense of loyalty living and neighbourhood, engage with each other proactively and participate in the common agenda of customer-centric approach that is rooted in NREP’s value proposition.

Driving climate action with the customers

The goal of the collaboration is to digitise Juli Living's customer journey, bring a self-service approach to daily building tasks and optimise their customer-facing operations. The solution will allow Juli Living's customer service team to share general and location-specific information with customers and address demands and requests from a single platform that is fully integrated into Juli Living's digital infrastructure.

“We believe that through the comprehensive product launch with Spaceflow, we will be able to boost our customers' awareness towards sustainability. Through the app, we will enable customer connectivity, social interactions, accessibility to local partnerships, quick access to key property info, and much more. Furthermore, we will use the app to drive climate action together with our customers e.g. through energy-saving tips & tricks and monetization on energy consumption via the smart metering function of the app,” says Morten Meincke Nielsen from NREP.

Forging partnerships like this to address real and complex challenges is what the PropTech Community is all about. Our cities, towns and neighborhoods are increasingly complex, and a human-centric digital layer can help make them more livable, interesting, and useful.

And collaborations like this is exactly what the PropTech Community can help create, adds PropTech Denmark’s Managing Director, Michael Ambjørn.

“Forging partnerships like this to address real and complex challenges is what the PropTech Community is all about. Our cities, towns and neighborhoods are increasingly complex, and a human-centric digital layer can help make them more livable, interesting, and useful.

Looking back at our PropTech Report from 2022, we see that a third of the established players like NREP have already worked with exciting tech-startups like Spaceflow. Keep an eye out for the latest numbers on this in the 2023 Danish PropTech Report coming later in Q1”

Having started with a pilot project in Denmark in 2021, the collaboration will continue with the launch of the white-label Spaceflow app at the UN17 Village and other properties being rolled out in 2023 and onwards.
