I have a educational background in forestry and naturressource management. Graduated back in 2002. The first part of my career I worked with wildlife and naturemanagement.
Since august 2021 I have been working for Hedeselskabet as head of climate and biodiversity.
My main taskes has been to make our own footprint accounting, develop strategies to mitigate our impacts and make our findings accessible to the marked.

Christina Ottsen is a Psychologist, Author and Management Consultant of CoHera.
Christina Ottsen is the author of “Bias-Conscious Leadership” (Biasbevidst Ledelse) and a cognitive psychologist specialising in diversity and inclusive leadership.
She holds a PhD in cross-cultural diversity, and through her research in memory, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the psychological mechanisms behind bias and how they transfer to digital systems.
Christina is an external lecturer at CBS and the founder of CoHera Consult, where she works with bias-conscious leadership and psychological safety in decision-making processes.

Iilkka Tomperi is COO & Partner of CapMan Real Estate.
Dr Tomperi re-joined CapMan Real Estate in 2023 as Partner and COO. He is also a Professor of Practice at Aalto University.
Previously, he was EVP at YIT Group and Head of Real Estate at Varma, managing a €5 billion portfolio. Earlier roles include VP at Franklin Templeton and Head of Other Investments at The State Pension Fund of Finland (VER).
