    Editor and investigative reporter at various news outlets and magazines.

  • Bjarke Mikkelsen is Managing Partner at Thylander.

    Bjarke started his career in Maersk, then worked his way to VP at Goldman Sachs before making the jump tech entrepreneur in 2015.

    In 2018 he sold his business to Alibaba and moved to Singapore to scale the platform to 50 million active users.

    In 2024 he bought into Thylander and stepped as Managing Partner & CEO. His ambition is to build the next generation real estate business with innovation as a value driver - creating positive economic, social and environmental outcomes.

  • Ashkan Ahmadinia is CEO at Cobblestone.

    Experienced leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

    Skilled in working with both Danish and international B2B and B2C clients, ranging from small association customers to large pension funds.

    Operates at a strategic and tactical level, following many years of hands-on operational experience.

    Empathetic, trustworthy, and authentic, with an optimistic mindset.

  • Zander Geronimos is Global Head of Business Development at PRODA.

    PRODA is the leading platform for automating critical property data for investors and lenders and trusted by Blackstone, PIMCO and 100+ others.

    He leads relationships with key players across the real estate value chain.

    Prior to joining PRODA, Zander was Metaprop’s Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.

    His background is in real estate data, venture capital, and solutions engineering.

  • Mads Flinterup is Head of Climate and Biodiversity at Hedeselskabet.

    I have a educational background in forestry and naturressource management. Graduated back in 2002. The first part of my career I worked with wildlife and naturemanagement.

    Since august 2021 I have been working for Hedeselskabet as head of climate and biodiversity.

    My main taskes has been to make our own footprint accounting, develop strategies to mitigate our impacts and make our findings accessible to the marked.

  • Filip Elland is Chief Sustainability Officer at Castellum.

    Responsible for integrating sustainability across the company’s operations and strategy.

    He chairs EPRA’s Sustainability Committee and Sweden Green Building Council’s Strategic Advisory Board, contributing to the development of industry reporting standards.

    With extensive experience in climate action, circularity, and sustainable finance, he is a recognized recognized speaker and thought leader.

  • Sebastian Peck is Partner of KOMPAS VC.

    KOMPAS VC is an early-stage VC firm backing technology solutions that accelerate innovation in the manufacturing industry and built environment.

    He previously worked at BCG and UBS Investment Bank and co-founded Digital Science. Later, he served as Managing Director at InMotion Ventures, leading investments in companies like Lyft, Circulor, and Ascend Elements.

    Sebastian holds degrees from Cambridge, LSE, and London Business School.

  • Alexander Rydfjord is CPO & CO-founder at Sunday Power AS.

    Alexander has a rare mix of experiences and is all about solving meaningful problems.

  • Antony is Head of Curiosity at Estates Today Ltd.

    Antony is a globally recognised speaker, advisor, and writer at the forefront of real estate’s evolution. A serial entrepreneur with multiple successful Proptech ventures behind him, he now explores how AI and technology are reshaping real estate and cities to serve the future of work, rest, and play. He writes an influential blog and newsletter at antonyslumbers.com and teaches the popular online course ‘Generative AI for Real Estate People’.

  • Kari Leppänen, D. Tech., is the CEO and founder of Koherent.

    Koherent is the provider of the most accurate radio positioning technology in the world.

    Before focusing fully on Koherent in 2020, he used to work in the field of radio astronomy at Aalto University, National Radio Astronomy Observatory (U.S.) and Joint Institute of VLBI in Europe (the Netherlands) as well as in wireless communication at Nokia, Huawei and University of Oulu (Professor of Practice in 6G Flagship Programme).

  • Christina Ottsen is a Psychologist, Author and Management Consultant of CoHera.

    Christina Ottsen is the author of “Bias-Conscious Leadership” (Biasbevidst Ledelse) and a cognitive psychologist specialising in diversity and inclusive leadership.

    She holds a PhD in cross-cultural diversity, and through her research in memory, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the psychological mechanisms behind bias and how they transfer to digital systems.

    Christina is an external lecturer at CBS and the founder of CoHera Consult, where she works with bias-conscious leadership and psychological safety in decision-making processes.

  • Iilkka Tomperi is COO & Partner of CapMan Real Estate.

    Dr Tomperi re-joined CapMan Real Estate in 2023 as Partner and COO. He is also a Professor of Practice at Aalto University.

    Previously, he was EVP at YIT Group and Head of Real Estate at Varma, managing a €5 billion portfolio. Earlier roles include VP at Franklin Templeton and Head of Other Investments at The State Pension Fund of Finland (VER).

    He has served on various boards, including INREV, SATO, and Kaleva. He holds a PhD in Finance and is a FRICS.

    He is a tech, design and UX enthusiast.

  • Søren Holm is the CEO of Wihlborgs A/S.

    Wihlborgs A/S is the subsidiary company to Wihlborgs AB, who are listed on the Stockholm Stock exchange.

    Prior to Wihlborgs, Søren Holm has been CEO of Agat Ejendomme A/S and Topdanmark Ejendomme A/S.

  • Rasmus Juul-Nyholm is Co-founder of Home.Earth and Chair of PropTech Denmark.

    Rasmus Juul-Nyholm is a seasoned entrepreneur and manager operating at the nexus of real estate, technology, and sustainability. He co-founded Home.Earth, a Copenhagen based real impact estate company.

    Prior to this, he established Cobblestone, a leading Danish property management firm, and co-founded PropTech Denmark, where he serves as Chairman of the Board.

    Rasmus is also a board member of EjendomDanmark and an active investor in multiple PropTech startups.

  • Jens Karlsson is the Sales Director Norway of Smartvatten.

    Coming from global market leaders within travel, tech and finance, Jens journey with Smartvatten is today at the point where these once started but still share common ground - the mission to innovate and with scalable solutions make a real change within it’s industry.

    With great experience from commercial roles, he now contributes to the fast growth of Smartvatten and to secure the sustainable use of one of the world’s most important resources – water.

  • Ester Calavia is the Senior Director, Head of Nat Cat & Risk Financing, Climate Practice of WTW.

    A civil engineer by training, Ester has more than 15 years of industry experience ranging from natural catastrophes and climate change, to risk management, engineering and analytics.

    She leads the Nat Cat & Risk Financing team within the Climate Practice at wtw and helps large global organizations in quantifying and managing Nat Cat & Climate related risks, helping them optimise their total cost of risk including their risk mitigation and adaptation spend.

  • Hristo Markov is the Director, Physical Climate Risks of WTW.

    Hristo leads the Physical Climate Risk Consulting team within WTW's Climate Practice, guiding businesses in assessing and planning for emerging long-term climate risks.

    As a structural engineer by education, he is deeply passionate about integrating analytical and practical approaches to risk management and adaptation of real assets.

  • Christina Holberg Fenger is the COO of Balder Danmark.

    Christina works with customer experience, ESG, and digitalisation. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, she contributes to creating safe and vibrant homes. Her focus is on rethinking the role of the landlord and viewing properties as the framework for everyday life.

    In addition to her work at Balder, she is also Vice Chair of PropTech Denmark and a board member of Bovieran Denmark – with a focus on the social, digital, and sustainable development of the industry.

  • Rasmus Rex is the Head of Operations and part of the leadership at Resights.

    Resights is a rapidly growing B2B software company providing the leading data platform to the real estate and construction industries.

  • Karoliina Kauhanen is the Founder of Commu App.

    Karoliina is a leading social change and social impact entrepreneur from Finland. Forbes 30under30, Kauhanen has built Commu, "Tinder for Good Deeds", which has enabled more than 35,000 good deeds in a few years.

    With 20+ years experience in finance and property management, Lisa Lund Holst has delivered strong results in leadership, strategy, risk, ESG, and digitalization. As a leader, she focuses on unlocking the potential of people and organizations to accelerate performance.

    She's held key leadership and board roles in public, private, VC-backed, and state-owned firms during mergers & acquisitions, the financial crisis and Covid.
